In the Matter of the Vacation
and Abandonment of an Unnamed,
Unused, Unimproved Street lying
between Berry Street and Lee
Avenue; a street abutting Lots
1 and 19, Block 1, Midland Hills
Addition to the City of Little Rock on
the West and abutting the North
300 feet of the West 600 feet of
the NW4 NW 34 of Section 4, Town-
ship 1 North, Range 12 West, on
the East.
WHEREAS, the State of Arkansas has, under the
provisions of Act 17 of the Arkansas Acts of 1945, As
Amended, filed its Petition with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, praying that an
unnamed, unused, unimproved Street lying between Berry
Street and Lee Avenue; a Street abutting Lots 1 and 19,
Block 1, Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little
Rock on the West and abutting the North 300 feet of the
West 600 feet of the NW4 NW4 of Section 4, Township 1
North, Range 12 West, on the East, be vacated and aban-
doned; and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of said Act 17
of the Arkansas Acts of 1945 notice by publication is
required before further proceedings may be had under
said Petition; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby directed
to publish a notice once a week for two
weeks in some newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, advising
any property owners affected that the
Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock will, on the 15th day of March ,
1965, hear said Petition and determine
whether the said described unnamed street
should be abandoned as a street, and
whether all abutting property owners
and other persons directly interested
have consented to such abandonment.
