A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER FOR FOUR-YEAR TERMS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Mrs. William Moore Clark is hereby reappointed
to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center for a
four-year (4-year) term commencing December 6, 1964, and ending
December 5, 1960.
SECTION 2. Mrs. Travis W. McCoy, Jr. is hereby reappointed
to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center for a four-
year (4-year) term commencing December 6, 1964, and ending
December 3, 1960.
SECTION 3. irrs. Adrian Williamson, Jr. , is hereby appointed
to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center for a four-
year (4-year) term commencing December 6, 1964, and ending
December 5, 1966. This appointment is to fill the vacancy on
the said Board of Trustees created by the expiration of the term
of I,1r. Edward M. Penick.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
