A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE REPEAL OF ACT
115, ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
STATE OF ARKANSAS OF 1961; RECOMMENDING THE
PREPARATION OF A BILL TO REPEAL SAID ACT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The City Attorney is hereby directed to pre-
pare a Bill repealing Act 115 of the General Assembly of the
State of Arkansas of 1961 pertaining to the zoning of property
for commercial use.
SECTION 2. Pulaski County Senators and Representatives
elected to the 65th General Assembly, now in session, are here-
by respectfully requested to actively support the passage of
this Bill to repeal Act 115 of the General Assembly of the
State of Arkansas of 19614
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
