A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF ADDRESSOGRAPH-
MULTIGRAPH CORPORATION FOR ONE (1) OFF-SET
PRINTING MACHINE AND ONE NUMBERING ATTACHMENT;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, advertisement for bids was published and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for an off-set print-
ing machine with numbering attachment ; and
WHEREAS, under the specifications for bidding, the lowest
responsible and responsive bid was made by Addressograph-Multi-
graph Corporation, Little Rock, Arkansas, in the sum of Four
Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Four and 06/100 Dollars ($4,654.06) ,
including taxes ; and
WHEREAS, the equipment bid, same being one multilith off-set
printing machine, Model No. 1250-W, and one multigraph numbering
attachment, Model No. 9412, meets the specification for bidding;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
accept the said bid of Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation and
award a contract for the purchase of said equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The bid of Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation
in the sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Four and 06/100
Dollars ($4,654.06) , including taxes, for one multilith off-set
printing machine, Model No. 1250-W, and one multigraph numbering
attachment, Model No. 9412, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. On delivery and installation of said equipment,
the City Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and
directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
thereof.

SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
