RESOLUTION NO. 3,260
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE
YEAR 1965 FOR USE BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials
identified by this resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to
said invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award contracts
on said bids to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder
therefor ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of materials and
equipment for the year 1965 in such amounts and quantities as
the City may from time to time requisition are hereby awarded
