3256 RESOLUTION NO. 3,256
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE CLAIM
OF WILLIAM N. ROBERTS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
SUFFERED BY HIM IN A COLLISION WITH A CITY-OWNED
VEHICLE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, William N. toberts has claimed property damage
in the sum of One Hundred Fifty and 21/100 Dollars ($150.21)
as the result of damage to his property occasioned by a
collision with a Sanitation Department vehicle of the City
of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the city of Little
Rock, under existing policy and procedures, desires that a
claim be honored in the above sum;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The claim of William N. Roberts in the sum
of One Hundred Fifty and 21/100 Dollars ($150.21) for damage
to his property occasioned through a collision with a Sanita-
tion Department vehicle on November 3, 1964, at or about 2400
West Twelfth Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is
hereby accepted and acknowledged.
SECTION 2 . Upon obtaining a release, approved by the
office of the City Attorney, running in favor of the City of
Little sock, its agents and employees, duly executed by the
claimant, 'r lilliam N. Roberts, releasing the city of Little
Rock, its agents and employees from any further liability what-
soever to the said William N. Roberts, the City Manager and
Director of Finance are authorized and directed to execute the
necessary warrant or warrants in payment of the claim of
William N. Roberts in the aforesaid sum.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
