A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF ZEBSAMEN
MOTOR COMPANY FOR A VACUUM STREET CLEANER AND
FLUSHER; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SAME FROM
REBSAMEN MOTOR COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitations for bids for a vacuum street cleaner
and flusher were duly published according to law; and
WHEREAS, bids were received pursuant thereto; and
WHEREAS, Rebsamen Motor Company submitted the lowest re-
sponsible and responsive bid of the several bidders; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
accept the bid of Rebsamen Motor Company for a vacuum street
cleaner and flusher in the sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand One Hun-
dred Thirty-Six and 59/100 Dollars ($28 ,136.59) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Bid of Rebsamen Motor Company for a vacuum
street cleaner and flusher is hereby accepted as the lowest
responsible and responsive bid for the items, quantities and
the price as follows :

Ford Truck, Model CT 850 with
Vac-All Vacuum Street Cleaner
and Flusher Body. One $28, 136.59
SECTION 2. Upon compliance with all of the bid conditions
and upon delivery, the City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to issue such warrant or warrants of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as shall be necessary to purchase the
item described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
