RESOLUTION NO. 3 ,241
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING
OF DEDICATION DEED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Bracy Corporation has dedicated and con-
veyed by instrument dated November 23, 1964, certain lands
in the Northeast quarter (NE4) of the Northwest quarter (NA) ,
Section twentyfive (25) , Township one North (T-1-N) , Range
thirteen West ( 13-W) , Pulaski County, Arkansas, as more
particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Little Rock to
accept dedication of said lands for right-of-way purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The dedication of certain lands, more parti-
cularly described in Section 2 hereof, is hereby accepted by
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the purposes more
fully described in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The dedication deed referred to in this reso-
lution is in form and substance as follows :
DEDICATION DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, the Bracy Corporation, a corporation organized
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Arkansas, by
its President and Secretary duly authorized by proper resolution
of its Board of Directors for and in consideration of the benefits
accruing to the public does hereby donate , dedicate and convey
unto the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, forever, for the purposes
of a public street and the installation and maintenance of public
utilities the parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4, Section 25 , Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 412-A,
Meadowcliff Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence North 58°18 ' East for 85 .9 feet
along the Northernmost line of Lot 412-A and
said line produced to the Northwest corner of
Lot 288, Meadowcliff Addition; thence North 43°39 '
West for 100.8 feet to a point on the West line of the
NEB NWk, Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 13 West ,
thence South 1°41 ' West for 118 .2 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 0 .1 acres more or less .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, forever, for public purposes .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Bracy Corporation, an Arkansas
corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its
President and Secretary and its corporate seal affixed on and
in accordance with and pursuant with the authorization duly
created by resolution by its Board of Directors this 2.3zd day

public duly commissioned, qualified and acting within and for
said county and state, appeared in person the within named
and
being the President and the Secretary, respectively, of The Bracy
Corporation, a corporation, and who had been designated by said
corporation to execute the above instrument, to me personally
well known, who stated that they were the President and Secretary
of said corporation and were duly authorized Li their respective
capacities to execute the foregoing instrument for and in the name
and behalf of said corporation, and further stated and acknowledged
that they had so signed, executed, and delivered said foregoing
instrument for the consideration, uses and purposes therein
mentioned and set forth.
