RESOLUTION NO. 3.240
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS ; AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING
OF DEDICATION DEED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Broadmoor Builders, Inc . , has dedicated and con-
veyed by instrument dated October 31, 1964, certain lands
described as :
"i arcel 'A' of University Coi.unercial
Subdivision - Phase I to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas."
AND WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Little Rock
to accept dedication of said lands for right-of-way purposes ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The dedication of certain lands, more parti-
cularly described in Section 2 hereof, is hereby accepted by
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the purposes more
fully described in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The dedication deed referred to in this reso-
lution is in form and substance as follows :

DEDICATION DEED
Broadmoor Builders, Inc . , an Arkansas corporation, referred
to herein as "GRANTOR", for valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, does hereby dedicate as a public street
and thoroughfare and for the use of public utilities and for
drainage purposes the following described lands in Pulaski County,
Arkansas:
Parcel "A" of University Commercial
Subdivision - Phase I to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas .
The dedication of the above described lands as a public
street and for utility and drainage purposes is full and complete
and execution of this Dedication Deed shall have the same incidents
as if said lands had been shown on a plat of said addition as a
street.
Executed this 3 I day of October, 1964.

On this the 3/, day of October, 1964, before me, the under-
signed Notary Public, personally appeared E . L. Fausett and Lucile
M. Fausett, who acknowledged themselves to be the President and
Secretary, respectively, of Broadmoor Builders, Inc . , a corporation,
and stated that they as such officers, being authorized so to do,
executed the foregoing Dedication Deed for the purposes therein con-
tained, by signing the name of the corporation by themselves as such
officers .
