RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY IN BLOCK 4, OAK
GROVE SQUARE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND A PORTION OF WEST 28th STREET.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 12th day
of October, 1964, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon all of an alley in Block 4 of Oak Grove Square Addition
to the City of Little Rock, and a portion of West 28th Street,
all as shown on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 2, Page 139 , in the office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas , which alley and portion of street
are described with particularity in said petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P.M. , on the 7thday of December , 1964.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper pub-
lished in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circula-
tion in the City of Little Rock.
