RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTT,F ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE ALL THAT P ORT I ON OF C OOLIT)GE
STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS 7 and 8, PLUNKETT 'S SUBDIVISION
OF FOREST PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
TEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 15thiay of September ,
1964 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all that
portion of Coolidge Street lying between Blocks 7 and 8, Plunkett 's
Subdivision of Forest Park Addition to the City of Little `thck, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Flat Book 1 , Page 32 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , subject , however, to any public utility easements
located in said street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o 'clock P. M. , on the 16th day of November , 19 611 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecrative weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having c}eneral circulation in the
City of Little Hock.
