A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE FOR A HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE WEST 30th
STREET BETWEEN PULASKI STREET AND CROSS STREET, AND
A PORTION OF PULASKI STREET LOCATED SOUTH OF WEST
30th STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS the Little Rock School District of Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
has filed with the Little Rock City Board of Directors its Petition
praying that West 30th Street between Pulaski Street and Cross Street,
and a portion of Pulaski Street located South of West 30th Street in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as more particularly described in
said Petition, and the Plat attached thereto, be vacated, abandoned,
and closed, and has alleged that it is the sole owner of the lands
abutting upon same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of Directors of
Little Rock, Erkansa s :
Section 1. That the 16thlay of November , 1964, at 7:30
o 'clock p.m. , in the Chambers of the Board of Directors is the date
and time fixed for the hearing on this Petition.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas , give
notice of such hearing by publication once a week for two (2) consec-
utive weeks , in some newspaper published in the County and having a
general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice the name of
Petitioner , a description of the streetsto be vacated, and advising
all persons that on the date named above , the Board of Directors will
hear the Petition and determine whether said streets should be closed.
