A RESOLUTION TRANSFEASING CE,;RTAIN FUNDS FROM PROJECTS
WITHIN THE PARKS & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
P'.OJECT 44 WITHIN SAID FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the replacement of care-
takers ' houses on17ark Lands, it is necessary to place additional
funds in 'Project 44, established by Ordinance 11,489 for such
purposes; and,
WHEREAS, there are within other Park and Airport Construc-
tion Fund Projects funds wI - ch have not been expended and which
may be transferred and used in defraying the expenses incurred
in replacing Park Caretaker houses;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE LOCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby authorized and approved certain
transfers of money to Project 44 from balances in certain other
projects within Parks & Airport Construction Fund in the amounts
and from the projects as follows :
