RESOLUTION NO. 3.195
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGING OF DEEDS TO
CORRECT A MISDESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY USED FOR RIGHT-OF-
WAY ON UNIVERSITY AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TH-E CITY OF LITTLE
LOCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and in behalf of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, a Correction Quitclaim Deed in form and sub-
stance as contained in Section 2 hereof, for the purpose of relin-
quishing any interest which the City of Little Rock may have in
the property described therein. The said deed may be delivered
to the grantees and record owners upon receipt by the City of
Little Rock of good and merchantable title in the East Five (5)
feet of the N1/2 of Lot 12, Bloc:. 14, Springdale Addition to the
City of Little 'Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. The Correction Quitclaim Lieed referred to in
Section 1 hereof shall be in form and substance as follows :

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, on the day of 19 , by Resolution
No. , authorized and directed the Mayor, together with
the City Clerk, to convey to A. D. Lachowsky, Sr. and Mary C.
Lachowsky, his wife, property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereinafter described:
NOW THEREFORE, We, Byron R. Morse and Pauline
Beeson, Mayor and City Clerk respectively of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, a municipal corporation, organized, chartered
and existing under authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas,
for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars
($1 .00) cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, acting for and in
behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, do hereby convey,
alien and quitclaim unto A. D. Lachowsky, Sr. and Mary C. Lachowsky
forever, the following lands lying in the City of Little Rock,
County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to-wit:
The East Five (5) feet of the Nk of Lots 9 , 10, and 11,
Block 14, Springdale Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas .
This Deed is given to correct an error in description
contained in a certain Warranty Deed dated July 6,
1960, executed by Thomas L. Rivers and Buelah Marie
Harris Rivers, his wife, as Grantors, to the City of
Little Rock, as Grantees, which deed was filed of
record on September 23 , 1960, and recorded in book
742, page 745 of the Deed of Records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto A. D. Lachowsky, Sr.
and Mary C. Lachowsky, his wife, and unto their heirs and assigns
forever, together with all and singular the tenements, appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, a
municipal corporation, has caused these presents to be signed
by its Mayor, its Clerk and its corporate seal to be hereto
affixed, all in accordance with and pursuant to a Resolution of
its Board of Directors, duly and regularly adopted, a copy of
which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, this
day of , 1964.
