A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF DUNCAN PARKING
METER COMPANY FOR ONE HUNDRED (100) PA,:KING METERS
IN THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO
AND 05/100 DOLLARS (05, 392.05) ; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, advertisement for bids on one hundred (100) parking
meters has been given pursuant to which bids have been received
according to law, and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Duncan Parking Meter Company in the sum
of Five Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-two and 05/100 Dollars
05, 392.05) was the lowest responsible and responsive bid, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock that the low bid of Duncan Parking Meter Com-
pany be accepted.
NiW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The low bid of Duncan Parking Meter Company is
hereby accepted as being the lowest responsible and responsive
bid for one hundred (100) parking meters.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants therefor, when and as appropriate.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
