3154 RESOLUTION NO. 3 , 154
A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 130 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , duly executed by at least
five property owners in Sewer Improvement District No. 130 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to fill a vacancy on said Board of
Commissioners created as the result of Commissioner John H.
Pounders , Jr. ceasing to be a property owner in said District; and
WHEREAS, petitioners have recommended the appointment of
Bill R. Lusk, a property owner in said District, to fill said
vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company
is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK that Bill R. Lusk, who is a property owner in
Sewer Improvement District No. 130 of Little Rock, is hereby
appointed to the Board of Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 130 of Little Rock to fill the vacancy created by
the resignation of John H. Pounders, Jr.
