A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS BY YANDELL
JOHNSON, ARCHITECT, FOR FIRE STATION NO. 15 ; AUTHORIZING
THE PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
LETTING OF BIDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The preliminary drawings and sketches of proposed
Fire Station No. 15 to be located at Twelfth Street and John Barrow
Road in the city of Little Rock as prepared by Yandell Johnson,
Architect, is hereby accepted by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Yandell Johnson, Architect, is hereby authorized
and directed to prepare final drawings and specifications for the
construction of said Fire Station No. 15 , and the City Manager is
hereby authorized and directed upon receipt of said final drawings
and specifications to advertise for and take bids for the construc-
tion of said Fire Station No. 15.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
