RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTT F ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING
THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO
VACATE MELLON STREET EXTENDING SOUTH FROM
CANTRELL ROAD IN WHITE CITY ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARIkl.NSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 28thday
of February, 1963 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon that portion of Mellon Street extending South from Cantrell
Road in White City Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at7;30o'clock P.M.
on the 4th day of Nay, 1964.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publishing the
same once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation
in the City of Little Rock,.
