A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING ROBERT P. TAYLOR TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK OAKLAND CEMETERY BOARD; APPOINTING
JULIAN A. ADAMS TO SAID BOARD ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . Robert P. Taylor, whose term expires April 1,
1964, is hereby reappointed to the City of Little Rock Oakland
Cemetery Board, effective April 1, 1964, for a three (3) year
term to April 1, 1967.
SECTION 2. Julian A. Adams is hereby appointed to the
City of Little Rock Oakland Cemetery Board, effective upon the
adoption of this Resolution, for the remainder of an unexpired
term, heretofore filled by Dudley Adams, to April 1, 1964, and
for an additional term of three (3) years to April 1, 1967.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and

effect from and after its adoption.
