RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN
BLOCK 3, MASONIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 7th day
of February , 1964, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon the following portion of an alley in Block 3 of
Masonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book AB ,
Page 203, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas :
Part of that certain alley 20 feet in width running
North and South in the middle of Block 3, Masonic
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , more
particularly described as follows : Beginning at the
northwest corner of Lot 1, said Block, thence run in
a southerly direction 1.30 feat more or less to the
southwest corner of Lot 3, said Block, thence run In
a westerly direction 20 feet to the southeast corner
of Lot 12, said Block, thence run in a northerly
direction 130 feet more or less to the northeast
corner of Lot 10, said Block, thence run in an
Easterly direction 20 feet to the point of beginning.
NOI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o' clock P.M. , on the 6th day of April , 1964.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
