A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AND ACCEPTING THE
AUDIT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1963 , AS PREPARED BY RUSSELL
BROWN & COMPANY, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
4. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors does hereby acknowledge
receipt of and accept the Audit Report for the City of Little Rock
for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 1963, as prepared by Russell
Brown & Company, Certified Public Accountants. A copy of said re-
} port is retained on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
