3125 RESOLUTION NO. 3, 125
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CERTAIN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-
WAY BY DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK UNLIMITED, INC. , FOR EASTER PRO-
MOTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, Downtown Little Rock Unlimited, Inc . , proposes to occupy
from time to time one (1) parking space at or about 5th & Main Streets
within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a period commencing Fri-
day, March 13, 1964, and ending Saturday, March 28, 1964, for the pur-
pose of parking and locating; at or near the major stores in the down-
town Little Rock area a small structure for use in promoting the Easter
Season; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock will be paid by the said Downtown
Little Rock Unlimited, Inc . , for the use of the parking meter space
wherever situated in the aforesaid area;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Downtown Little Rock Unlimited, Inc . , is hereby autho-
rized and granted a right and franchise to occupy one (1) parking space
at or about 5th & Main Streets , Little Rock, Arkansas , commencing Friday,
March 13 , 1964, and ending Saturday, March 28, 1964, for the purpose of
locating and parking a small movable structure for use in Easter Season
promotion; provided, howeer, that no more than one (1) parking space
shall be used at any given time for such purposes and that full payment
is made to the City of Little Rock at the regular hourly rate for the
use of said parking space.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect. from
and after its adoption.
