A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DE-
PARTMENT, SANITATION DEPARTMENT, BUILDING MAINTENANCE DE-
PARTMENT, CIVIL DEFENSE DEPARTMENT; FIRE DEPARTMENT; MILK
& DAIRY DEPARTMENT; REPAIR DEPARTMENT AND POLICE DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment identified by
this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock de-
sires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible and
responsive bidder therefor;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following equip-
ment for use by the Departments of the City as designated below are
hereby awarded to the persons, firms or corporations in the amounts
shown below:
