A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; SPECIFYING THE TERM OF SAID
MEMBERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following persons, having been nominated
by the City Manager, are hereby appointed to serve as members of
the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center, for a term of
four (4) years from the date of the adoption of this Resolution :
Frank Whitbeck
Jack East, Jr.
B . Finley Vinson
Jack Stephens
Mrs. Frank E. McGehee
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
