MRS. J. R . VINSON TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTTP
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. J. N. Heiskell and Mrs. J. R. Vinson
whose terms expire January 1, 1964, are hereby reappointed to
the City of Little Rock Library Board of Trustees, effective
January 1, 1964, for six (6) year terms to January 1, 1970.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
