A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MRS. WINTHROP ROCKEFELLER TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mrs . Winthrop Rockefeller, whose term expires January
1, 1964, is hereby reappointed to the Board of Trustees of the
Arkansas Arts Center, effective January 1, 1964, for a four (4) year
term to January 1, 1965 .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
