A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS TAKEN ON JULY 23 , 1963 , FOR
ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS ' ROOM IN CITY
HALL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were taken on July 23 , 1963 , at 2:00 P.M. for
alterations and repairs to the Board of Directors ' Room in City
Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas, according to the Plans and Specifica-
dons prepared by Ginocchio, Cromwell, Carter & Neyland, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, all of said bids were in excess of the expectations
of this Board and exceeded reasonable estimates of the cost for such
project;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. All of the bids taken on July 23, 1963, for altera-
tions and repairs to the Board of Directors ' Room in City Hall, Little
Rock, Arkansas, according, to i'lans and Specifications prepared by
Ginocchio, Cromwell, Garter & Neyland, Inc. , same being made by the
persons and in the amounts as follows :
