RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A STREET PLATTED
AS R. E. LEE BOULEVARD IN BLOCKS 17 AND 18, C . 0.
BRACK' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 30th
day of October, 1963, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the street in Blocks 17 and 18 of C. 0.
Brack' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on
the Plat of said Addition as R. E. Lee Boulevard, now appearing
• of record in Plat Book 3, Page 81 , in the office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas , subject, however, to any public
utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o 'clock P.M. , on the 16th day of December , 19 63 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
