A RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL FINANCIAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; APPOINTING
MEMBERS TO SAID COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a special advisory committee
to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock which shall be
called the "Special Financial Advisory Committee to the Board of Di-
rectors of the City of Little Rock" .
SECTION 2. Said Committee shall be composed of membership in such
number and of such qualifications as may from time to time be deter-
mined and fixed by the Board of Directors .
SECTION 3 . Upon appointment the Committee shall meet at the call
of the City Manager and shall elect from among its membership a Chair-
' man and a Secretary. Any and all clerical needs of the Committee and
such supplies as may be necessary in its functioning shall be supplied
by the City Manager from time to time.
SECTION 4. The Committee created in Section 1 herein shall serve
the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity on financial matters
affecting the City of Little Rock to the extent and in such particulars
as may from time to time be detailed in writing by the City Manager.
SECTION S . The initial membership on the Collnuiittee created herein,
who shall serve for an indefinite term at the pleasure of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, shall be as follows :

SECTION 6. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption .
