RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN ALLEY, SAID
PORTION LYING BETWEEN THE PROPERTY LINES OF OUTLOT A,
PROSPECT TERRACE NO. 3 ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Direc-
tors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 14th day
of August, 1963, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon all of that portion of an alley lying within tleproperty
lines of Outlot A, Prospect Terrace No. 3 Addition to the City
of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Plat Book 3 nt page 52 , in
the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, which
portion is described with particularity in said petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o 'clock p.m. , on the 7th day of October ,1963.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by pub-
lication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general cir-
culation in the City of Little Rock.
