A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT
TO THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS , AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
COVERING THE HIGH STREET URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT,
ARK R-6
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter
called the "City", has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with
the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereinafter called the "Housing Authority", providing for finan-
cial aid for certain activities necessary for the execution of
an urban renewal project in an area of the City known as the
High Street Area, Project ARK R-6; and
WHEREAS, since the execution of said Cooperation Agreement ,
the Housing Authority has submitted an Amendatory Application
for Loan and Capital Grant for said project; and
WHEREAS, because of said application, it will be necessary
to amend parts of said Cooperation Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That Amendment of Sub-section (f) of Paragraph
1 of the "Cooperation Agreement by and between the Housing
Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas" duly approved and executed on November 21,
1960, under the authorization of Resolution No. 2611, adopted
by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock u . Nu„ember
21, 1960, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A” is hereby
approved.

Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the said Amendment to the said
Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 3 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately.

AMENDMENT
To The
COOPERATION AGREEMENT
Executed on November 21, 1960
By and Between
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
and
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
(Re: High Street Urban Renewal Project, ARK R-6)
On this 17th day of September, 1963, pursuant to Resolution
No. , adopted on the 16th day of September, 1963 , it is
hereby agreed by and between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
that Sub-section (f) of Paragraph l of the Cooperation Agreement
by and between the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, dated November 21,
1960, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
"(f) To provide as necessary through appropriation
ordinances the sum of $900,801.00 in cash as the
cash -grant-in-aid portion of the City's one-third
(1/3) share of the net project cost ."
IN WI'T'NESS WHEREOF, the Authority and the City have caused
this Amendment to be executed by their duly authorized officers
as of the day and year first above written.
