A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A CORRECTION QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING CERTAIN CITY OWNED PRO-
PERTY TO C. V. HOKE AND NANETTE M. HOKE, HIS WIFE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1963, the City of Little Rock, pursuant
to Resolution No. 3 ,043 adopted on the 5th day of August, 1963,
conveyed, by Quitclaim Deed, certain City owned property, herein-
after described, to C. V. Hoke, which Deed is of record in Pulaski
County Record Book 344 at Page 407; and
WHEREAS, title to said property should be vested in C. V. Hoke
and Nanette M. Hoke, his wife; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to convey the property
to C. V. Hoke and Nanette M. Hoke, his wife;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Correction Quitclaim Deed to C. V. Hoke and
Nanette M. Hoke, his wife, thereby vesting title to property pre-
viously conveyed by Quitclaim Deed, recorded in Pulaski County Record
Book 344 at Page 407, in both Grantees rather than in C. V. Hoke,
individually. The Correction Quitclaim Deed, including the description
of the said property, shall be in form and substance as follows :
CORRECTION gUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, by and through its Mayor
and City Clerk, duly authorized by Resolution No . 3,056 of the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock adopted the 3rd
day of September, 1963 , for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1 .00) cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, and in order
to correct the designation of the Grantees in a certain .tuitclaim Deed
conveying the property herein described to C. V . Hoke only, which Deed
is of record in Pulaski County Record Book 844 at Page 407 , does here-
by convey, alien and quitclaim unto C. V. Hoke and Nanette M. Hoke,
his wife, Grantees, and unto their heirs and assigns forever, the
following lands lying in the County of Pulaski , State of irkansas , to-
wit :
Lots 1 and 2, Willard N. Roots Subdivision of Block 27, Garland 's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantees and unto their
heirs and assigns forever, together with all and singular the tenements,
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a municipal
corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its Mayor and
its Clerk and its corporate seal to be herewith affixed, all in ac-
cordance with and pursuant to a Resolution of its Board of Directors,
duly and regularly adopted, a copy of which is hereto attached and
made a part hereof, this day of September, 1963 .

On this day personally appeared before me the undersigned, a
Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid, duly
qualified and acting Byron R. Morse and Pauline G. Beeson, to me
well known as the Mayor and City Clerk respectively of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and stated that they had executed the fore-
going deed pursuant to provisions of Resolution No . for
the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set �forth .
