A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 136 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, duly executed by at least
five property owners in Sewer Improvement District Ho. 136 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, stating that Samuel D. Gray, a member of
the Board of Commissioners of said District, has resigned from the
Board : and
WHEREAS, said petitioners request that such vacancy on said
Board of Commissioners be filled and recommended Donald K. Kirk,
6903 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, to serve as such
Commissioner;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY TEE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TEE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK that Donald K. Kirk, who is a property owner in
Sewer Improvement District Ho. 136 of Little Rock, is hereby
appointed to the Board of Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 136 of Little Rock to fil.Z the vacancy created by the resignation
of Samuel D. Gray.
