A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF A BUILDING PERMIT FEE TO
H. L. GUNN IN THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($539 .00) ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to refund to H. L. Gunn the sum
of Five Hundred Thirty Nine and No/100 Dollars ($539 .00) , which
represents the building permit fee for four (4) apartment buildings
proposed for construction near the Southeast corner of Markham and
Hughes Streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , which permit
is identified as Permit No. 1954 and was issued on May 14, 1963 ,
to H. L. Gunn.
SECTION 2. This resolution snall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
