A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN
EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment identified by
this resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock de-
sires to ward a contract on said bids to the lowest responsible and
responsive bidder therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A contract for the purchase of the following equip-
ment for use by the Street Department of the City of Little Rock is
herebyawarded to the person, firm or corporation in the amount shown
below:

SECTION Z. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby

SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
