RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE THAT PART OF AN
ALLEY LYING IMMEDIATELY EAST OF LOT 12, BLOCK 6,
DEAF MUTE ADDITION TO CITY OF LITTT,F, ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND WEST OF LOT 6, J. W. HOUSE SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK
365, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BEING
THE SOUTH 65.48 feet OF SAID ALLEY.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 16th day of April, 1963,
by J. Cooksey Fuller and Mae F. Fuller, asking the Board of Direc-
tors to vacate and abandon that part of an 8 foot alley lying im-
mediately East of Lot 12, Block 6, Deaf Mute Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and West of Lot 6, J. W. House Subdiv-
ision of Block 365, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
the South 65.48 feet of said alley as described in Bill of Assur-
ance recorded in Book 2, Page 48 of the Records of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o' clock P. M. , on the 17th day of June , 1963.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock , Arkansas .
