A RESOLUTION APPOINTING W. H. MARAK, WILLIAM R. MEEKS,
JR. , CECIL KUEHNERT, SCOTT FARRELL AND MAXWELL J . LYONS,
II, TO THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. W. H. Marak is hereby appointed to the
Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock effective May
15, 1963, for a three (3) year term to May 15 , 1966 .
SECTION 2. Mr. William R. Meeks, Jr. , is hereby appointed
to the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock effective
May 15, 1963, for a three (3) year term to May 15 , 1966.

SECTION 3. Mr. Cecil Kuehnert is hereby appointed to the
Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock effective May
15 , 1963, for a three (3) year term to May 15, 1966.
SECTION 4. Mr. Scott Farrell is hereby appointed to the
Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock effective May 15 ,
1963, for a three (3) year term to May 15 , 1966.
SECTION 5 . Mr. Maxwell J . Lyons, II, is hereby appointed to
the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock effective
May 15, 1963, for a three (3) year term to May 15 , 1966.
SECTION 6. This resolution shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its adoption.
