RESOLUTION NO. 2,982
A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
OF UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE CITY FOR CERTAIN FUTURE USES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby allocated the sum of Three Hundred
Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($300 ,000 .00) from unappropriated surplus
in the General Fund of this City together with Fifty Thousand and
No/100 Dollars ($50,000 .00) from unappropriated surplus in the Street
Fund of this City to certain uses and purposes as follows:
(1) purchase of right-of-way for public thoroughfares;
(2) widening of streets;
(3) acquisition of si W for, and preliminary study of, port
facilities .
SECTION 2. The uses designated in Section 1 hereof may be
further defined and specific sums further allocated by the Board of
Directors in its sole discretion.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
