A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF PARKING FACILITIES BY
DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK UNLIMITED, INC. , FOR EASTER PROMOTIONAL
PURPOSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A right, privilege, and franchise is hereby granted
to Downtown Little Rock Unlimited, Inc. , to use curb side parking area
at the southeast corner of 5th and Main Streets in the City of Little
Rock for a period extending from March 23 , 1963 , to March 30, 1963 ,
for the purpose of locating in and about said parking area a low-boy
trailer for use in the promotional efforts of the Grantee hereof of
Laster sales.
SECTION 2. The Grantee hereof is further extended the right,
privilege and franchise to place upon the duly located street markers
in the downtown area cards or placards bearing the name Easter venue,
provided that each such card or placard shall designate in visible
letters the true and accurate name of the streets normally identified
by such markers . This right, privilege and franchise shall extend
for a like term as contained in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
