2959 RESOLUTION NO. 2,959
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PEOPLE
AS THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
TRANSPORTATION STUDY STEERING AND TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
TO ASSIST THE PLANNING, GUIDING AND DIRECTION OF THE
PROGRESS OF THE TRAFFIC SURVEY AND STUDY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on March 12, 1960, the City of Little Rock
entered into an Agreement with the Arkansas State Highway Commission
to proceed with a Traffic Survey and Study and appointed repre-
sentatives to a Steering Committee to assist in said Study; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to continue
to have representatives on said Committee and desires to redesignate
same;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby
appointed and designated as representatives of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to the Transportation Study Steering and Technical
Committee to assist the planning, guiding, and direction of the
progress of the Traffic Survey and Study previously authorized:
Henry DeNoble, Director of Department of
Community Development
R. A. Lile, Certified Public Accountant
Frank Potter, Sec. -General Manager, Arkansas
Automobile Club
James A. Hatcher, Planning Consultant
Chester Taylor, Twin City Transit Company
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
