A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AND ACCEPTING
A REPORT ON AREA STORM DRAINAGE SUBMITTED TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY MARION L. GRIST & ASSOCIATES,
INC., ON JANUARY 22, 1963; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors does hereby ack-
nowledge receipt of and accepts the Report of Marion L. Crist &
Associates, Inc. , dated December, 1962, and entitled "Pulaski
County Metropolitan Area Storm Drainage Study - Part 1 - City
of Little Rock, Arkansas" submitted to the Board on January 22,
1963. A copy of said Report is retained on file in the Office
• of the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
