RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND APPOINTING
ASSESSORS IN SERER IkrPROVELENT DISTRICT
NO. 136 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 136 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have filed
the plans and a certificate of approval issued by the
Arkansas State Board of Health approving said plans and
have reported the estimate of costs of constructing the
improvements contemplated in said local improvement dis-
trict to be 229, 000.00, to be assessed and charged upon
the real property of the district according to the benefits
received, and it appearing that said plans are as prayed
for in said petition and that said estimate of costs to be
charged against the real property in the district is less
than sixty per cent (600 of all property in the district
as shown by the last county assessment;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the making of the
assessment for said improvement be undertaken, and James
ltN. Cook, J. C. Avants and Glenn D. Espy are hereby appoint-
ed assessors to assess the benefits to be realised by each
lot or block or other subdivision of land in said district.
