RESOLUTION NO. 2,947
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED FOR STREET
AND UTILITY PURPOSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Western Acres, Inc. , by its President, E. L.
Fausett and its Secretary, Lucile M. Fausett, executed a Dedi-
cation Deed dated February 4 , 196 3 , dedicating
certain properties for street and utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock to accept the dedication;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication by Western Acres, Inc. , by
its President, E. L. Fausett and its Secretary, Lucile M. Fausett,
of certain properties described as follows, to-wit:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northwest
Quarter (NW4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of
Section One (1) , Township One (1) North, Range
Thirteen (13) West; run thence North 25 feet;
run thence West to the west line of said North-
west Quarter (NWT:) Southwest Quarter (SWk) ; run
thence South to the Southwest corner of the said North-
west Quarter (NW .) of the Southwest Quarter (SW%) ;
run thence East to the point of beginning; said strip
being also described as the South 25 feet of the said
Northwest Quarter (Nk) of the Southwest Quarter (SW .) .
be, and is hereby, accepted by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
acting through its duly constituted Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
