RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENTS TO FILL VACANCIES IN THE BOARD OF
COMUISSION:RS OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NUMBER 602
Whereas, two members of the Board of Commissioners of Little Rock
Street Improvement District No. 602, Floyd Bruce and Norbert A. Terrio
have moved out of said district, and no longer reside therein, and Connor
Morehead has recently died, leaving the three positions vacant.
And whereas, a petition has been filed, signed by a number of real
property owners of said district asking for the appointment of the following
new commissioners:- J. Edwin Keith, 2212 S. Filmore, V. A. Davidson, 2009
S. Filmore, and Ronald Archer of 2021 S. Filmore. That all are residents of
said district, and home owners therein.
TFEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that the said J. Edwin Keith, V. A. Davidson and
Ronald Archer be and they are hereby appointed as commissioners of Street
Improvement District Number 602.
That within the prescribed time by law each shall subscribe to and file
with the City Clerk their respective oaths of office.
