COMMISSION OF THE CITY 07 LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following persons are hereby appointed
