RESOLUTION NO. 2,936
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the materials and equipment
identified by this eesolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received ana. opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award a contract on said bids to the lowest responsible
and responsive bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . A contract for the purchase of the following equip-

mend, for use by the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock is
hereby awarded to the person, firm or corporation in the amount shown
below:

C35-750) Mack Trucks, Inc . $21,159 .27
SECTION 2 . The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant in payment of
the purchase price hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
