A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE YEAR 1963 FOR USE BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials
identified by this resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award contracts on
said bids to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of materials and equip-
ment for the year 1963 in such amounts and quantities as the City may
from time to time requisition are hereby awarded to the persons, firms
