2928 RESOLUTION NO. 2,928
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO APPOINT A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE REPORT OF THE
SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON PLANNING AND. ZONING AND TO WORK
TO THE END THAT THE RECOMMENDATIONS IN SAID REPORT
MAY BE PLACED INTO EFFECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. A special committee is hereby created for
the purpose of studying, digesting and analyzing the report of
the Special Committee on Planning and Zoning, which report is
received this date, and to study methods and make recommendations
concerning the implementation of the said report.
SECTION 2. Membership of said committee shall be
established in the discretion of the Mayor and City Manager of
Little Rock and shall meet and make reports in such manner and
with such frequency as may be reasonable.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
