RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 135
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District No.
135 of Little Rock , Arkansas , have made due report to the Board
of Directors that they have qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvement , and have estimated that
the cost thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and have
recommended the appointment of Truman Nolen, Homer Allbritton and
William Watt , all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
as assessors to assess the benefits in said district; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, that Truman Nolen, Homer Allbritton and William Watt
be and they are hereby elected as assessors for Sewer Improvement
District No. 135 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and they are directed
to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received
by each and every lot or other tract of land within said district
by reason of the proposed improvement .
ADOPTED this 1st day of October , 1962.
