2892 RESOLUTION NO , 2, 892
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING JOHN M. LOFTON, JR. , FOR SERVICE
ON THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, John M. Lofton, Jr. , has served as a member
of the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee since December of
1950; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Lofton ' s record as a member of the said
Committee has been one of diligent, faithful and conscientious
participation in the functions and activities of the said
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the services contributed by Mr. Lofton to the
City of Little Rock and the citizens of said City by his
participation as a member of the said Committee are acknow-
ledged and appreciated by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. John M. Lofton, Jr. , is commended for his
valuable contribution to the City of Little Rock by membership
on the Little Rock Sanitary sewer Committee, and the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock does hereby acknowledge
and extend its appreciation to John M. Lofton, Jr. , for his
outstanding and dedicated services rendered to the citizens
of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. This resolution snail be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
